Camiguin, Philippines → AOWD with Cydnie & Cyril
Cydnie and Cyril came to Camiguin to spend Chinese New Year here. Beside relaxation and adventure tours they also decided to absolve their PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course. During the compulsary Deep Dive Cydnie was facing some “problems” to write her first name backwards in a depth of 28m. Well let’s say it was excitement… Pure excitement and the spectacular expactation of what she was going to see right away.
Thanks to this dive with them, the three of us found THEM…. not 1, not 2, not 3. No – we discovered 4 ghost pipe fishes out in the blue at Gipsy Rover. We could not believe it and we also did not bring the camera at first, so we decided to go back for their Navigation Dive and there they were again. In a uncommon colour here.
For all my non-diving friends: I know, I know…. it doesn’t sound so impressive but believe me it was. The two joining divemasters never saw four of them in their thousands of dives.
To make a short story even shorter: it was a great course, with kind studends, a lot of fun and Cydnie & Cyril were doing very well. Not to forget to mention: of course Cydnie was at the end able to write what so ever, even backwards.
Thanks to you, Cydnie & Cyril. Hope you see you here for your honeymoon… Take care!
